About the event
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of those around you. Emotional intelligence is also proven to be the set of skills that makes the difference between being an average leader and being an outstanding leader in most fields, including that of ministry. In this workshop, we’ll learn what emotional intelligence is all about, how it encompasses skills that can be changed and worked on throughout your life, and how it affects your impact and influence in ministry, at home, and far beyond.
