This workshop shifts the focus from leadership as a role or position to leadership as a relational process. Participants will explore how leaders and followers co-create goals and navigate their collaboration within the broader context of their environment.
Robert M. McManus is the Executive Director of Business and Applied Leadership and Professor of Leadership at Muskingum University (Ohio). He is the co-author of Understanding Leadership: An Arts and Humanities Perspective and is the lead editor of Ethical Leadership: A Primer. He is an award-winning educator and has traveled extensively teaching leadership. He is also a certified executive coach. McManus holds a Ph.D. in Communication and a Master of Business Administration.
