This workshop explores how leadership can be a tool for personal growth, supporting others, and contributing to the greater good. Participants will explore evidence-based models to learn how to lead authentically and embrace transformational leadership practices, empowering them to inspire positive change.


Robert M. McManus is the Executive Director of Business and Applied Leadership and Professor of Leadership at Muskingum University (Ohio). He is the co-author of Understanding Leadership: An Arts and Humanities Perspective and is the lead editor of Ethical Leadership: A Primer. He is an award-winning educator and has traveled extensively teaching leadership. He is also a certified executive coach. McManus holds a Ph.D. in Communication and a Master of Business Administration.
