Do you find Paul difficult or struggle to preach around the difficult Paul? This workshop focuses on the opportunities in preaching from Ephesians and strategies for dealing with the difficult passages that are found amidst core doctrines of our faith.  We claim “for by grace you have been saved through faith” (Eph. 2:8) but can hardly utter the household codes that follow in chapters 5 and 6.  We want to believe that the dividing wall of hostility has been brought down (Eph. 2:14), but division is all we see in our world.  In Only What is Useful, we will find that our language, our words, and how we utter them are key to uncovering preaching treasures in Ephesians.
